Issue
There was difficulty in achieving the desired results after a meeting was conducted which brought the urge to come up with something which is user-friendly for all the employees.
We were looking to become more efficient and less time-consuming with no errors. Frequent follow-ups and lack of accountability were a few concern areas.
Approach
Creation of a platform to circulate Minutes of meetings in a more standardized way with custom views, to assign tasks with due date, priority and responsibility.
Automated the process of mapping attendees and non-attendees, updating the notes and actionable as well as setting reminders and closing them as soon as it’s done.
Impact
Efforts spent on drafting minutes of meetings were reduced and simplified. Hence, enabling the team to progress towards value driven activities. Having a summarized view on every task assigned and auto follow-up via tool saves a lot of energy.
